Anything that helps us check your booking: a name on the booking that differs from yours, who you are travelling with. Only the people who approve registrations read it. Up to 500 characters. Please leave out card numbers.

The PDF from the company you booked with, or a photo or screenshot of it. PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP or HEIC, up to 16 MB. It must show your name, the ship and the sailing date. You may cover the price and any card number.

A person still sees every doubtful case, and after you register you may ask us not to use the automatic check on your file: email info@jwcruises.com. See the privacy policy. Only our admins can open the file. It stays with your account as your record; from 30 days after the sailing departs you can delete it yourself from My Sailings. If we cannot confirm the booking it is deleted at once. Ask us at any time and we will delete it.
